Designed by China’s leading Iron Palm and Iron Body expert, Grandmaster Alex Tao, iron Tao bags are typically heavy double-stitched bags filled with mung beans that provide excellent resistance for strikes and are known for their skin conditioning properties.

These training sets are typically sold in sets with large bags for strikes. Two smaller bags are used for  body and limbs for conditioning. The typical size for the former are 1, 8 x 12 inch 2 small 4 x 6 inch bags.

Han Kook Sword

The HanKook Sword is a traditional Korean weapon similar to the Japanese Katana. The aluminum blade has is curved and is a single unsharpened edge and a single fuller.
